I wanted to drop a quick note to you to say that I continue to be impressed by the level of service I receive from Gallant in general and Rich C. specifically.

I can email him at any time, any day of the week, without any warning, and not only does he get back to me within hours, often immediately, he takes care of whatever I need asap and communicates clearly while doing it.

This Saturday I bought my wife a new Subaru. I could confidently tell the sales guy that ‘my insurance guy is great he will take care of it’. Sales guy wasn’t too sure since Gallant is not a huge insurance company. Well, the sales guy ended up being very impressed to say the least. Rich & Holly both worked to get the insurance binder sent where it needed to go right away.

Thanks again to all of you at Gallant. I always recommend you to people I know.
