I was going in to surgery the next day. I get a call from my son at 2 am “never a good sign” He totaled his car. He an I have insurance with Rich. The service was unbelievable. I was going to cancel my surgery but rich said he would take care of it. BOY did he ever. buy the time I got out of the hospital it was all done. Thanks so much Rich.
